Our Safety Package is designed to take the stress away from ensuring that your property meets its health and safety requirements. This package includes:

- Safety inspection (HHSRS)

- Gas Safety Checks

- Boiler Servicing

- Electrical Safety Checks

- Energy Performance Certification

This package includes a safety inspection to identify any potential risks and hazards to health and safety using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System we will provide an accurate report identifying any repairs or recommendations to ensure that your property conforms with the Housing Act 2004.

We will arrange a gas safety check and boiler service which is something that should be completed on an annual basis along with an electrical safety check using only gas safe accredited engineers and fully quilified tradesmen to carry out the works. In the event that a boiler is due for replacement we will provide a free quotation.

An energy performance certificate is required on all properties when constructed, sold or let. The certificate provides details on the current energy performace and what can be done to improve it. In the event that the property fails to meet the minimum, we will provide a free quotation to carry out the necessary works in order to meet the requirements.
